Case Study – Take List
Over a 24-hour period, all admissions were manually added to paper lists that were then annotated by medical staff for review at a daily ‘Take’ meeting. A consequence of the manual process was that at this meeting, lists could be out of date or work missing. PFM has revolutionised this process by replacing the paper-based process with a view within PFM that is updated in real-time and provides the hospital with an accurate and reliable single point of truth.
